Jami Sargent Office Manager Jami has been with Stone Belt since 2005 and has worked in the mental health field since 2000. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University. In her role as Office Manager, Jami is responsible for overseeing all of Milestones' administrative supports, including monitoring patient accounts. She is very passionate about the communities and peoples the agency supports and serves.
	Phil Lyons Administrative Assistant Phil was born and raised in Bloomington and has held a variety of different positions, but feels that working at Milestones is not a job but a privilege. He enjoys the interaction with both clients and staff.
	Dixie Jenkins Administrative Assistant After moving to Bloomington in 1997, Dixie worked at the Family Service Association as Office Manager and for Bloomington Psychiatrist, Dr. Chad Schultheis.
	Bertha Wiles Administrative Assistant Bertha has worked in a variety of settings, most recently as a Collection Manager for a call center and Office Manager for an out-patient counseling service.
	Sue Thompson Administrative Assistant Sue is an experienced medical office administrator and spent the last five years in a busy pediatric practice before joining Milestones. She is responsible for running Milestones’ Columbus office and for all calls, scheduling, insurance billing and medical records associated with that location.
